At Fabric Printing Global, we begin preparation immediately after you confirm your design and make payment. Please review your order carefully before final approval.

1. Strict No-Refunds Policy
Once production (printing) begins, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted.

This applies even if there is a change of mind, design update request, or delay in your feedback after approval.

2. The Only Exception
A full refund will only be issued if we have not started printing and we are unable to fulfill the order due to:

Unsupported design file types

Violation of ethical or copyright guidelines

3. Before We Print
You will receive a digital proof for your approval.

Once you approve, it means:

You accept the layout, design, color, and sizing.

You understand that production will begin, and no changes or refunds can be made afterward.

4. Our Quality Guarantee
If Fabric Printing Global makes a production error (e.g., wrong color or misprint), we will reprint the affected item(s) at no additional cost.

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photo evidence.
