No Refund Policy

Effective: June 2025

1. Returns


Due to the customized nature of our products and designs, we generally do not accept
returns once an order has been processed and design sent.
 Returns are only accepted in cases of:
 Wrong item delivered (e.g., incorrect design or product category).
 Major design defect attributable to Fabric Printing Global.
 Requests for return must be made within 5 working days of receiving the design,
accompanied by clear proof (photographs or videos).


2. Refunds


Refunds are handled strictly under the following conditions:
Full Refunds:
 If the client cancels an order before electronic design has been sent via email or Whatsapp.
 If Fabric Printing Global is unable to fulfill the order due to unforeseen circumstances.
Partial Refunds or Credit Notes:
 If there is a verifiable error or defect caused by Fabric Printing Global that does not
render the entire order unusable.
 At the discretion of the company, clients may receive a credit note for future use
instead of a direct refund.


No Refunds
Once design has been bought and paid for.
 Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days to the client’s
original payment method.


3. Disputes


In the event of any dispute, clients are encouraged to first contact Fabric Printing Global
Customer Support at +234-814-153-4657 or Fabricprintingglobal@gmail.com
 Both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
 If resolution cannot be reached within 14 days, disputes shall proceed to mediation
Nigerian law, before any court action is pursued.
 Fabric Printing Global’s liability in any dispute is strictly limited to the value of the
affected order.


4. Limitation of Liability


Fabric Printing Global shall not be liable for:
 Delays caused by third-party logistics or courier services.


5. Governing Law

This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal
Republic of Nigeria, without prejudice to international laws applicable in regions where
Fabric Printing Global operates.


6. Our Quality Guarantee
If Fabric Printing Global makes a production error (e.g., wrong color or misprint), we will reprint the affected item(s) at no additional cost.

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photo evidence.
