Welcome to Fabric Printing Global (FPG). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of designs or related products made available through our online platform. By using our website or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms in
full.

1. Scope of Services

1. FPG provides access to a catalog of ready-made and exclusive fabric and scarf designs, available for purchase directly on our website.
2. Each design is accompanied by a visual mock-up representation to help you make an informed decision before purchase.
3. Once a design is purchased, you will receive the approved digital or physical product as specified.

2. Client Responsibilities

1. You are responsible for ensuring that the design(s) you purchase meet your intended requirements.
2. It is your duty to carefully review all product descriptions, specifications, and mock-ups provided on our website before finalizing an order.
3. You agree not to misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer any content, designs, or images displayed on our platform.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

1. All designs available for purchase on the FPG website are protected intellectual property owned by FPG or licensed to FPG.
2. Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the design solely for its intended purpose.
3. You may not resell, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any purchased design without prior written consent from FPG.
4. Unauthorized use of FPG designs will result in immediate legal action.

4. Orders & Payments

1. All purchases must be completed through the payment methods provided on our website.
2. An order is deemed confirmed once full payment has been received by FPG.
3. Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without prior notice.
4. FPG reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion (with refunds processed if payment has already been made).

5. Returns, Refunds & Disputes

1. Due to the digital and creative nature of designs, all sales are considered final once delivered.
2. Refunds or replacements are only available in cases of:
I. File corruption or defective product delivery
II. Incorrect design delivered due to FPG error
III. For disputes, clients must contact FPG within 7 days of purchase. Dispute resolution will follow our official Returns, Refunds & Dispute Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
1. FPG’s liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the design purchased.
2. FPG shall not be liable for:
I. Any loss of profit, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the purchased design.
II. Errors, misuse, or misinterpretations of the design by the client after purchase.
III. Unauthorized use of designs by third parties once purchased by the client.
IV. All mock-up previews provided on the website are representative visuals only.
Final output may vary slightly in scale, colour, or placement depending on application or printing medium.

7. Dispute Resolution

1. Parties agree to resolve disputes first through good-faith negotiation.
2. If unresolved, disputes will proceed to mediation in Nigeria before court proceedings.
3. Jurisdiction for any legal action shall rest exclusively with the courts of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with consideration to applicable international intellectual property laws.
